Ride of your life

Ride Like CrazyAs a sponsor of the “Ride Like Crazy” bike ride we would like to congratulate all those who took part in this magnificent event... and managed not to get blown into next week

Peaches back for classic

peachesPeaches is back again for Classic Adelaide '08 and this year she's louder, lighter and faster!

Subprime and local influence

With the decline of the subprime market in the US we see interest rate rises in Australia. This means a slower property market and when the property market slows, rents increase. So if you're not a landlord yet, perhaps it's time to consider becoming one.
Congratulations to J&B Barylka of tropical North Queensland for our last competition.

New Year resolution

The new year has seen a spike in interest rates and as a result we should all be considering having our home loans checked. Consumers are encouraged to shop around to seek cheaper rates, fees and charges but beware, some products come cheaper but attract other significant costs and may not be flexible enough to suit future needs.
It is wise to seek the assistance of a credible and qualified mortgage consultant to assist. A good broker will take into consideration both immediate and future needs. Remember that price will vary depending on the lender and products sought. Never be persuaded or coerced into opting for fixed over variable rates, brokers are restricted by legislation from providing advice and this needs to be a careful choice made by the borrower.

Christmas Greetings

As 2007 quickly comes to an end, we would like to reflect on what a magnificent year it has been for Clarity and our customers. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers for their loyal patronage over the past year and for demanding the high level of service that has resulted in Clarity being the company we are today. We would like to wish you and your loved ones a safe and happy festive season, and look forward your continued support in the new year.

Classic Adelaide

Party “Peaches” is an original Porsche 1971/ 911-T (at her heart is a modified engine providing the extra grunt of an “S” model) whilst maintaining her original personality and colour.

Her Co Drivers are Philip Johnson (Director of Clarity Mortgages & Money) and Cameron Arnott (Knight Frank N.T.) Peaches made her debut last year in the Classic Adelaide touring section unscathed and unperturbed by its gruelling requirements, as a result she now wants to play with the big boys.

We would especially like to thank our kind sponsors: Hattam McCarthy Reeves Chartered Accountants, Direct Conveyancing, Mars Bar & Ord Minnett Investment Planning Pty Ltd.
